RUNNING & FITNESS COACHING

Over 10 years of my career in the fitness industry I have met a large number of people who either love running or completely hate it. Usually, there is no grey zone here. 

I also learned that most people who truly dislike running have started a relationship with this sport in the wrong way. Most of them have tried to run too much, too soon, too often, hitting the proverbial "wall" and giving up.

The entire coaching process is remote. We will be using free software which you can easily access via a website or an app on your phone. The only thing you need is an email account (Gmail), which, if you don't have one, I will help you to create.
