Real change takes time. Three months allows enough consistency to build lasting habits, see noticeable results, and make adjustments along the way. Shorter programs often don’t give your body, or mind, enough time to adapt, which is why quick fixes rarely work. If it took years to develop certain habits or patterns, it’s unrealistic to expect full change in just a few weeks.
Three months is the minimum timeframe I use to support real, sustainable transformation without rushing the process.
I also believe that constantly switching coaches, workouts, or methods makes progress harder to sustain. A 3-month structure allows us to stay focused and build consistency properly.

Yes — with some conditions.
You must have written clearance from your healthcare provider confirming you are safe to exercise during pregnancy. Your program will then be adjusted based on general prenatal fitness guidelines.
If you choose to continue without providing clearance, you acknowledge that:
You are proceeding voluntarily and at your own risk
You accept full responsibility for your health and your pregnancy
CORE Coaching is not liable for any complications, injuries, or adverse outcomes
You understand that coaching is fitness-based only and does not replace medical advice
CORE Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or advise on pregnancy-related medical conditions.
- 04
Possibly — depending on the type and severity of the injury.
You must disclose all injuries, pain, limitations, and medical conditions before joining.
For injuries that may impact safe training, you may be asked to provide clearance from a doctor or physiotherapist.
If you choose to continue without clearance, you acknowledge that:
You are responsible for ensuring the exercises are safe for your condition
You assume full responsibility for any aggravation or new injury
CORE Coaching is not liable for pain, flare-ups, regressions, or complications
CORE Coaching is not physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or medical treatment
If your injury requires specialised rehab, I may advise postponing coaching until you are cleared.
