  • Personalised training plan adapted to your schedule (not fixed sessions) - updated monthly

  • Weekly coaching support

    • 1 check-in call per week (15 min)

  • Habit & routine structure built around your lifestyle and goals

  • Ongoing adjustments based on your progress

  • Daily/weekly routine guidance via email & texts

PLUS:​

  • Each month, you receive 8 total sessions, structured between training and coaching support.

  • ​What this includes:

    • 4–6 60min Personal Training sessions (online or in-person)

    • 2–4 Coaching sessions (check-ins, strategy, accountability, assessments)

    • Sessions are scheduled based on availability and can be used flexibly throughout the month.​

    • Your exact split is adjusted based on your goals, schedule, and progress — so you always get the right balance of training and support without a rigid weekly plan.

  • Tailored training phases, technique coaching, form correction, and progression support (based on CORE Training System)

You’ll complete your assessment and begin your personalised plan.
