Hi, I’m Marta — a CORE coach, but also someone who has struggled with inconsistency in real life.
 

I’ve dealt with:

  • Falling off routines while travelling 

  • Burnout from trying to “do it all”

  • Starting and stopping fitness more times than I can count

  • Gaining and losing weight and being unhappy with the way I look

  • Back pain, stiffness, and poor posture from inconsistent and poorly executed movement

  • Feeling weak, disconnected from my body

  • Digestive issues, bloating, eczema, and low energy affecting daily life

  • Being strict, but not consistent and trying to “fix myself” with more discipline instead of better systems

  • Feeling healthy on paper but terrible in real life

I realised the problem wasn’t discipline or knowledge.

My body genuinely didn’t function well, and I didn't have the structure for building long-term consistency.

That’s what led me to build CORE.
