What is a Self-paced CORE Program?

Self-paced programs offered by CORE are a more affordable way to help you reach your goals.

2. Affordability: Thanks to leveraging the use of Internet tools and minimising my involvement in the coaching process I can offer very affordable prices while offering support and amazing results.

No restrictive and expensive diet plans: Whether your goal is to heal your gut, lose weight or tone your body, with CORE you will never need to follow a restrictive and expensive diet plan, but instead I will teach you how to find a healthy and sustainable way of eating. Thanks to this approach you will reach your goals and learn how to maintain them for the rest of your life.
