  • "How do I contact you to ask a question?”

The best way to get in touch with me is to send me an e-mail (veggiefitme@gmail.com).
I will reply within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • “How do payments work?”

Online Coaching Plans: once you sign up, you will receive a login to your own PTminder account. You can settle each payment via the app or a bank transfer.
Every payment has to be settled at least seven days before the beginning of the new month to avoid the cancellation of the plan.

Online Programs/Challenges/Courses: after signing up you will be redirected to the payment website. You can choose from three options: card payment, PayPal or bank transfer. 
Once your payment is confirmed you will be granted access to the purchased program/challenge/course.

In both cases (Online Coaching Plans & Online Coaching Programs/Challenges/Courses) the fee is charged one time only. 

  • “What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise included in the workout?” (Applicable to Pilates/Running Coaching Plans)

Online Coaching Plans: All your check-in calls are meant to clarify any doubts and confusion. However, if you stumble upon an exercise we have not discussed and you are not familiar with, do not try to attempt it on your own. It's better to skip one exercise than to forcefully perform it in an incorrect way, as that may lead to injuries. Make sure you remember the exercise (you can note it down, or mark it in your training program notes), and we will discuss it during our next call/chat/e-mail.

Online Programs/Challenges/Courses: Feel free to send me an e-mail or book a consultation call to clarify any doubts.


  • “Do I need to be a member of a gym?”

No, you do not need a gym membership. However, if at any point in the program, you would like to become a member of a local gym/fitness club, I will be more than happy to help you with your choice and any explanations necessary.


  • “Do I need to purchase any equipment?”

The purchase of the equipment will mainly depend on your goal. E.g. If you are following a running training program or a nutrition coaching plan, you will most likely not need to buy anything. If your program will involve more at-home exercises like Pilates, stretching, and body-weight training, then a fitness mat will definitely be helpful. If at any point in the program, additional equipment would be required, we will discuss this matter and plan accordingly to your goals as well as your budget.

  • “Do I need to download any software?”

Online Coaching Plans: The only thing you need is the PTminder app. You can also use the desktop version if you do not want to download additional applications to your cellphone.

  • “How strict does my diet need to be?”

Any nutrition plan will be adjusted according to your lifestyle and preferences. You need to be ready to make certain sacrifices, but I never plan strict diets and I never restrict my clients from eating what they like. As far as you are honest with me, I am pretty sure we can find a sustainable way of eating, which will also keep you and your tummy happy and satisfied.

  • “Can I still drink alcohol on your program?”

Yes, you can, although I would encourage you to minimize the intake as much as possible, and avoid drinking before and after the training session. Reducing the amount of alcohol will not only decrease the calorie intake but will also help your body rest and recover. That being said, I am a wine lover myself, so I will not forbid you from having a glass of red once in a while ;)

  • “How do I track my food intake?”

The nutrition coaching plan is fairly easy to follow and does not require any additional devices/software.​

  • “I am pregnant. Can I still join your program/challenge?”

In most cases, yes. However, I strongly suggest that before purchasing any of the plans/programs on the www.grumpyjogernutrition.com website, you schedule a consult call or send me an email. 

  • “I am a man. Can I still join your programs/challenges?”

Of course, you can! Although I work primarily with women, I did and still do have a significant number of male customers. 

  • “Is there a cancellation policy?/Can I get a refund?”

You can request to suspend your account if you are going to be away for a minimum of two weeks. Written notice should be provided at least two weeks ahead of time. The time will be credited at the end of the package period. Each client has a maximum of one 2-week hold period for every 3 months of training. If you are unhappy with the program, and I will not be able to offer proper adjustments, you can choose to discontinue the training at any point in time. I have a strict no-refund policy, however, as my goal as a trainer is to have you succeed. My program is for people who are willing to make the necessary changes to reach their desired results.
