Service Description
Purpose & What to Expect: In this 60-minute call, we evaluate your current status, review progress, and set goals for the upcoming phase. It’s a foundational call that ensures your program aligns with your needs. Outcomes: • Review current performance, habits, and routines • Identify strengths, gaps, and priorities • Set measurable, realistic goals • Plan actionable next steps *After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your call link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam/promotions folder or contact me to resend it.
Cancellation Policy
To keep scheduling smooth and respectful for both of us, please review the following: Cancellation & Session Policy Session Details • Call length: 60 minutes • Provide a valid email and phone number (double-check spelling) so you receive reminders and your call link. • Session scope: These calls set program foundations, review progress, and redesign or refine your next phase. They require preparation and cannot be stacked or carried over. • Sessions start and end on time. If you are late, the session still ends as scheduled. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. • Time zones: All sessions are booked in your local time zone. • Preparation tips: Have your questions, goals and notes ready, so we can make the most of our time and have a productive call. • Follow-up: I usually reply within 48 hours if you email me after the call. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Rescheduling: 1 per week allowed; however, must be before 24h notice, and the session must be used within the same week (subject to availability). • A 15-minute grace period applies.
