Generic dietary guidelines
Weight Management: support and accountability for clients looking to lose, gain, or maintain their weight through a combination of nutrition, exercise, and behaviour modification.

 Wellness Education: education on various health topics, such as the importance of hydration, the benefits of regular physical activity, and strategies for improving mental health.

✨ Education on Gut Health: (Foundational knowledge about the gut microbiome, digestive processes, and the importance of gut health for overall wellness.)

3. SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE

Daily support of your Coach (text or email). 

Weekly coaching calls to keep you on track! (Including evaluation of your progress, and weekly coaching plan updates.
