CORE Online Coaching offers flexible, personalised programs to help you upgrade your health, fitness, and daily life. Whether you're aiming to lose weight, improve gut health, build strength, or manage stress, there's a program tailored to you.
There are 3 main types of coaching I provide: CORE Self-paced Programs, CORE Online Coaching, and CORE Hybrid Coaching. Below you can find more details about each of them:
1. CORE Self-paced - designed for those who want to achieve their goals at their own pace, with no need for one-on-one coaching.

CORE Coaching Process:
This is a 3-month coaching journey designed to create sustainable, long-lasting change.
Step 1: Assessment 🔍
→ Book your free consultation (optional)
→ Choose your program & confirm payment
→ Complete your in-depth health & lifestyle questionnaire (received via email)
→ Schedule your assessment call
→ Book your regular check-in calls
Your coaching officially begins from the day you receive your coaching plan.
Step 2: Personal Coaching 💪🏼
→ Receive your personalised plan (based on the plan you joined)
→ Weekly coaching calls and/or live sessions
→ Email and/or message support (WhatsApp) to keep you on track
→ Progress tracking & habit monitoring
→ Adjustments based on how you're feeling and progressing
→ Monthly Strategy Calls to realign your goals and update the program if needed
* The flow and type of coaching, as well as your coaching calls and sessions, will be based on the program you choose.
Step 3: Maintenance 🌱
→ Wrap-up at the 3-month mark
→ Option to continue with your coach, go solo with a personalised plan or upgrade/downgrade to a different program
→ Referral perks or follow-up support options available
