Hi, my name is Marta, aka the Core Girl
(some know me as Grumpy Jogger, too)
I’m a Habit & Lifestyle Coach and founder of CORE.
I help women live healthier and feel better through sustainable habits and lifestyle change, because I know what it’s like to struggle with routines, habits, and not feel confident in your own body.
With 15+ years of coaching experience, I’ve helped hundreds of women improve their lives, look and feel strong, energised, and confident — without fad diets or draining workouts.
Core pillars I use in my programs & systems:
🎯 Behaviour change
🥗 Nutrition
🩰 Pilates
🏃 Fitness & Running
Off-duty, I'm a runner, traveller, bookworm, picture-taker, annoying wife, animal lover & proud mom of 4 kitties 🐾

My Story & Why I May Be the Right Coach for You
I’m a Habit & Lifestyle Coach — not because I “decided” to be one, but because I realised that this is the way my brain naturally works.
I help people finally organise their lives so they can *do the things they say they want*, consistently and without burnout.
Most people never master the skill of creating routines that actually support their goals. I do. Effortlessly. I break things down into simple, sustainable systems. I design routines that fit real life. I understand energy, recovery, and the rhythm of daily habits. I optimise without overwhelming. And I communicate it clearly so people actually follow through. I don’t just teach it — I live it. Running, Pilates, gym, nutrition, structure, balance… It’s my lifestyle.
Systems create execution. Execution creates results. And I’m the system-maker — the architect of habits and sustainable change. This is my zone of genius. And it’s what I help others build, too.

1. “Who are you, and what have you been through that I can actually relate to?”
I’m someone who has spent years in the fitness and wellness world, but also someone who has struggled with real-life inconsistency.
I’ve dealt with:
-
Falling off routines every time I travelled
-
Gut issues, eczema flare-ups, inflammation
-
Burnout from trying to “do it all”
-
Starting and stopping fitness (running included) more times than I can count
-
Being strict, but not consistent and trying to “fix myself” with more discipline instead of better systems
-
Feeling healthy on paper but terrible in real life
-
Working hard, planning everything, but still feeling chaotic inside.
I’ve also reinvented my entire career and lifestyle after moving across the world — while navigating health issues, unpredictable schedules, and the pressure to hold everything together. So yes, I’ve lived the struggle my clients come to me with.
2. “What have you overcome — and how?”
I stopped fighting myself.
I stopped trying to rely on motivation, discipline, or “perfect days.”
Instead, I built systems — simple, flexible routines that work even when life doesn’t.
I overcame chronic inconsistency, health flare-ups, stress loops, and the frustration of not getting results despite knowing what to do.
I healed my gut, calmed my skin, rebuilt my running, and created a lifestyle that supports my energy instead of draining it.
I learned to stay consistent even when travelling, working across time zones, or dealing with messy seasons.
I turned my love of planning, structure, and habit psychology into a way of living that feels sustainable — and actually works.
3. “What did you figure out along the way?”
A few big truths:
-
Consistency has nothing to do with motivation.
-
Routines need to bend with life — not break under it.
-
Discipline is useless without structure.
-
Energy management is more important than time management.
-
Your environment controls 80% of your habits.
-
Health improves when your habits align with your identity.
-
And most women don’t need more information — they need a system.
These realisations changed everything for me.
Now they’re what I teach.

4. “What results did you actually get?
”Here’s what I’ve rebuilt, healed, and created:
-
Daily/weekly systems that actually stick — even when I travel
-
My gut health and skin flare-ups under control through lifestyle and consistency
-
My running & fitness routine after multiple setbacks and health issues
-
A structured lifestyle that supports my energy and purpose
-
Programs like HABIT, FLORA, and CORE that help women transform their daily lives
-
The ability to coach clients through irregular schedules, busy jobs, time zones, and burnout
-
A way of living that feels calm, productive, and in alignment
-
I turned planning, organisation, and structure into strengths that transformed my health and my business.
I became the person I needed years ago — and now I help other women become that person too.
5. “What are you going to teach me that I can use now to make my life better?”
I’ll teach you how to:
-
Build routines you can actually stick to
-
Stay consistent during travel, work chaos, or unpredictable schedules
-
Simplify food, fitness, and health so they stop overwhelming you
-
Build identity-level habits that feel natural
-
Manage your energy, not just your tasks
-
Reduce stress and get better sleep
-
Navigate some health issues with lifestyle strategies
-
Come back when you fall off (because you will, and it’s normal)
-
Create a lifestyle that feels good, not forced
My entire approach is about making your life simpler, healthier, and more structured — without needing perfection.
6. Why is CORE called CORE?
It all started with my own struggles. Being born with a hyperextended spine that caused back pain, and later experiencing gut problems, really narrowed my focus. Gut, spine, and core became areas that fascinated me personally and professionally. Over time, my interests and my brand grew into something bigger: habit & lifestyle coaching. I chose to keep the name because CORE still represents the foundation of healthy living — building habits, movement, and lifestyle from the center, from the inside out.
⭐ Is this the right fit for you?
You’ll feel at home here if you are a woman who:
-
Is ambitious, busy, or constantly “switching worlds”
-
Wants stability, structure, and better energy
-
Is tired of restarting and wants true consistency
-
Values health but struggles to fit it into real life
-
Loves planning but needs help executing
-
Wants to feel strong, clear, productive, and grounded
-
Wants someone who actually gets the chaos of modern life
If that sounds like you, then yes, I might be the right coach for you.

I created CORE because I know what it feels like when your body stops cooperating — when your skin flares, your gut reacts to everything, your posture collapses, and your energy disappears, no matter how “healthy” you try to be.
Most women don’t need more strict rules, diets, or 30-day challenges.
They need simple systems, sustainable habits, and a body that finally feels safe again.
That’s what I help women build.
Through habit-based coaching, practical nutrition, Pilates-focused strength, and sustainable movement, I guide you step-by-step to rebuild your health in a way that actually fits your life.
Whether you want to run again, fix your posture, calm your gut and skin, or finally feel consistent — we do it one habit at a time, without overwhelm.
Will it take time? Yes.
Will it take effort? Absolutely.
But after years of fighting my own body, I learned that the goal isn't perfection — it’s building a lifestyle that supports you every day, not just on your best days.
And once your habits support you, everything else gets easier.
