Service Description

Purpose & What to Expect: These short weekly 15-minute calls are designed to keep you on track and troubleshoot minor issues. It’s a focused check-in, not a full coaching session. Outcomes: • Review weekly progress • Identify obstacles • Make small adjustments to habits or routines • Keep momentum consistent • Have someone ​(your coach) to hold you accountable and on track *This call does not include videoconference option. If you prefer different mode of communication than phone or WhatsApp call, please contact me in advance.


Cancellation Policy

To make the check-ins smooth and respectful of both our schedules, please review the following: Cancellation & Session Policy Session Details • Call length: 15 minutes • Provide a valid email and phone number (double-check spelling) so you receive reminders and your call link. • Session scope: Short weekly accountability calls only; not full coaching sessions or program redesign. • Calls start and end on time. If you are late, the session still ends as scheduled. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. • Time zones: All sessions are booked in your local time zone. • Preparation tips: Have your questions, goals and notes ready, so we can make the most of our time and have a productive call. • Follow-up: I usually reply within 48 hours if you email me after the call. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Rescheduling: 1 per week allowed; however, must be before 24h notice, and the session must be used within the same week (subject to availability). • Grace period: No grace period is needed for short weekly check-ins; however, no-shows & late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited. *Complete details regarding policies, cancellations, and rescheduling sessions that are part of a plan are available on the individual program pages. *For further questions, contact me via core.onlinecoaching@gmail.com.
