Service Description
Purpose & What to Expect: This 30-minute discovery call is your chance to share your goals, ask questions, and see if my coaching style and programs I offer are a good fit for you. We’ll discuss your current habits, challenges, and what you want to achieve. This is not a personalized program session or medical consultation, but a friendly, informative introduction. No hard selling. No gimmicks. No strings attached. Just a friendly chat. :) Outcomes: • Clarify your goals • Understand available coaching or program options • Decide on next steps *After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your call link. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam/promotions folder or contact me to resend it.
Cancellation Policy
To make the consultation smooth and respectful of both our schedules, please review the following: Cancellation & Session Policy Session Details • Call length: 30 minutes • Provide a valid email and phone number (double-check spelling) so you receive reminders and your call link. • If you prefer a platform other than Zoom (Google Meet or WhatsApp call), let me know when booking so I can send a manual invite. • Purpose: This is a discovery call — not a personalised program or medical consultation. • Calls start and end on time. If you are late, the session still ends as scheduled. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. • Time zones: All sessions are booked in your local time zone. • Preparation tips: Have your questions, goals and notes ready, so we can make the most of our time and have a productive call. • Follow-up: I usually reply within 48 hours if you email me after the call. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Grace period: There is a 10-minute grace period. Without notice, the call will be cancelled after 10 minutes. • Missed calls: You may rebook one missed consult.
