I get it, it's a new concept. Online coaching? Self-guided plans? What is she talking about, right? I had many conversations trying to explain what I do, what HABIT is, and why I created it. Finally, I decided to put it in writing — on a page of my blog.

HABIT starts with basics, micro-habits, or as I like to call them CORE habits. They may seem unimportant at first, but in my opinion, they are crucial in developing a healthy and active lifestyle. You will learn how to handle stress and improve sleep by addressing your full-day routine, especially bedtime. You will also better understand your relationship with food, going far beyond generic diet plans. Then, as the pinnacle of the CORE Pyramid, you will learn how to incorporate physical activity into your daily life.

Why You Cannot Build an Active Lifestyle Starting from Workouts


Why do we start HABIT from sleep and stress management instead of planning the workout routine? Because without proper sleep, recovery, and stress management, nutrition and workouts won't take you far. If you lack proper fuel, strategies and foundation, your workouts may lead to burnout or injuries. It may seem simple, but I feel like not everyone realises it, and definitely not everyone is practising it.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless individuals who wanted to feel better, have more energy, and take care of their health. Yet, they often found themselves stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping. As a fitness professional, I was frustrated when I was unable to help. Despite my best efforts, best training programs or nutrition plans, many of my clients kept falling off track.


What frustrated me most was that everything I tried seemed either too intense, too restrictive, or too overwhelming to maintain. Nothing felt built for the long term. And especially when I wasn't around to schedule training sessions or remind my clients of their goals, they would eventually stop pursuing them and fall back into old patterns.... So I started paying attention to what actually worked for me in my everyday life. How I changed my lifestyle, and how I developed healthy habits and love for physical activity.


The Evolution of the Plan and Why Building Healthy Habits Matters


As a fitness and health coach for over 15 years, I realised workouts were only one piece of the puzzle. You can't just focus on workout plans, no matter how great they are, and expect amazing results. I added nutrition coaching to my clients' programs and routines, which helped, but it still wasn’t enough. This led to habit and lifestyle online coaching, allowing me to support clients beyond their hour-long sessions, no matter where they were.


I realised that this approach was way more powerful than in-person workout sessions, because it looked at their whole lifestyle.

However, online coaching requires a lot of my time, bringing a higher cost, which not everyone can afford.
