I get it, it's a new concept. Online coaching? Self-guided plans? What is she talking about, right? I had many conversations trying to explain what I do, what HABIT is, and why I created it. Finally, I decided to put it in writing—on a page of my blog.

The Reason Behind This Self-guided Wellness Plan
Why I Created this Self-guided Wellness Plan and Priced It So Generously?

This led to online coaching, allowing me to support clients beyond their hour-long sessions, no matter where they were.
I realised that this approach was way more powerful than in-person workout sessions, because it looked at their whole lifestyle.
However, online coaching requires a lot of my time, bringing a higher cost. I absolutely love working 1:1 with clients, but I also wanted to offer something more accessible. That is why I created HABIT: a self-guided wellness plan that offers you a huge chunk of my coaching systems for a fraction of the price.
By removing my real-time involvement, I was able to significantly lower costs while still delivering massive value.
